iRobot, the makers of Roomba, have released instructions on how to hack the Roomba via it's serial port. EnGadget says it best; "if you’re ready to void your warranty, they may as well help you do it." It totally make sense. I'd be interested if I could add a serial port and a ups battery to an OpenWRT.
