My favourite part of pizza is getting a slice on the go. It’s that crunchy crust that just makes it and it wasn’t until I met the buddy of a buddy in Austin that I learned the secret. Josh taught me the simplest trick in the world that makes leftover pizza even better than fresh pizza.
Just place the pizza face down on medium heat in a fry pan and then flip once the cheese is warm and you’re tired of waiting. Leave it ass-down for a while and you’ll make that once-soft then cold and now crunchy crust, just right.
Bonne appetite!
