Well, it looks as though we’re all set this weekend for some heavy-duty labour at Tom and Andreea’s new place. Andreea’s already started with the plastering and I dropped off the necessary wallpaper steamer as lended by my parents.
The work looks very overwhelming at this point, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Brianne’s Nintendo games came tonight, but since she’s riding and I’m going to the gym, then after we’re going to Tom and Andreea’s I don’t know how much playing time she’ll get. I have to remember to bring my drill and blue self-tapping screws so that we can get some real work done on the place tonight. I say we should remove all non-load bearing walls and create a wonderful open-concept home.
