Man, Brianne and I rented Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, and Dogma. The DVD for Clerks has the deleted ending. Dante got shot at the end by a robber in the original ending. Glad they deleted that ending, it doesn’t make sense for the rest of the cult classics.
Anyway, my point for this overly late entry is that we stilled the frame on the supposed “Sailboat” magic eye in Mallrats and did it. It’s a bunch of shapes, not a sailboat or schooner as they say in the movie. How foolish. Couldn’t Smith get a sailboat on his magic eye? Pullleeze. I still think one of the funniest parts of the movie is how Brodie thinks that his girl probably dumped him because he farted during an oral moment. That and Silent Bob’s use of the force. Gotta love the infamous Smith films!
