Everyone is saying that this was
a large, high-tech, strategic group of terrorists, but in reality a group that big would
have had too many holes, so this had to have been a smaller operation then that. There would
have to be repeated practice on this mission, and for everything to go off without a hitch,
there had to be a well-scripted, well-timed plan of action.
