Woo! I put the fuse back in the car this morning, and the dome lights seem to have resumed normal behaviour. Although, I will be highly aware to make sure that they turn off before I leave the general region of the car.
Also, my new Linksys wireless access point came in yesterday, so I got that all set up today. Working better than that last version 4 did. Although, on the same channel, I don’t seem to get the same range as I did with the version 2. But I do have the Auto MDX/MDI ports on this one, not really a trade off, just cool. I’ll have to try it around the office during lunch today, see if the range is still as good where I need it to be.
