     I’m going to open a bank. I’m going to call it The Tweaked Bank there will be no branches, and no service charges, (unless you use your money) and some money will be “stuck” in the bank for a while. I will also offer low interest bank accounts where you don’t get much interest in exchange for nothing. Sounds incredibly logical.
