     Rudy Juliani has stepped down as mayor of New York city. Time Magazine‘s Man of the Year, for his collected actions during the “September 11th Tragedy, it seems as though Rudy had accomplished all anyone could ever ask for. It’s time to leave his mayoral career on a high note.
