Two days ago we heard on the radio about a new, horrible form of bullying that happened. A young boy said that two big kids came along and started to tease his dog then hung him in front of the kid. Pretty horrible right?
Yesterday we learned that the kid panicked when his dog accidentally hung itself. Not so horrible right?
I’m not sure about this kid, but he sounds like the basis of Bart Simpson.
