     I was looking around online to see what kind of fine there is for operating unsafe vehicle and I found that most, if not all, of the articles are about trucks. Those big rigs are the main target of this part of the law, not those annoying drivers who are backed into by tow trucks and then told their car was safe and on their way to get price quotes for the dammage when more dammage happens in the supposedly safe car. *Humph*
