     W’hoo! I thought GD was broken when I upgraded PHP to the latest version, but it appears that my script was the culprit. In the latest version they’ve changed the ImageCreate() function so that it doesn’t work like it used to. Now, you must use the ImageCreateTrueColor() function to output true color images, such as jpegs. I haven’t read why yet, but I know that was my problem before, so now that I know that, I can continue to figure out why it won’t let me compile with IMAP-SSL. Boo Yah!
