Today is voice over IP day. Well, not really, but it seems like it is for me anyway. I went to the Voice on Networks show with Tom this morning. Bill went yesterday and warned that it wasn’t that great. I think it would have been better if we could have afforded the time and money to go to some of the seminars. The exhibits weren’t all that fantastic or anything.
The other reason that it’s VoIP day is because I got my first VoIP client all configured today. Once he gets settled at home he’ll have unlimited calling in North America for $25 per month, pretty sweet stuff.
I also configured a dialing relay so that people can call in and punch in a pin, the dial out anywhere in North America for 5 cents per minute.
Very eventful day indeed… And it’s not even done yet.
