The ceramic mugs from DAVID’s TEA come with infuser baskets and a ceramic lid for keeping your tea warm while it’s steeping (I assume, I’ve never seen them used, so who knows).  What I do know is that they have other uses. (1 to be exact). Use that little ceramic lid as a dish for the pepper mill. I hope Buzzfeed takes notice of my 1 item list and adopts me as an author.

In my neighbourhood we’re getting a new garbage collection “cart” system.  You’ve definitely seen the large garbage bins on wheels I’m talking about, retail outlets have been using them for ages.  They’re unique in that they can be picked up with a machine arm from a truck so the driver doesn’t need to get in and out and sacrifice his joints to do his collections. I went out this morning to get my allergy test done. Apparently I’m allergic to pretty much everything. Cats, cockroaches, birch trees, dandelions, and ragweed are the biggest ones. The animal ones had gone down a bit before I was able to take the picture. If you click on the picture, the sections are labelled. They shaved my arm and then poked a bunch of holes in it. That’s gonna be itchy once it starts to grow back....
