What is it with us and fireworks? Last year on the farm, we got told not to light off fireworks because it scares the horses and they would do back flips in their stalls. Now, whether it’s a thunderstorm or us lighting fireworks, loud noises happen and the horses should deal. But that’s all done now, we moved out of the farm and now instead of being able to set off fireworks any old time of...
Poor puffy puppy! I took Cricket to get her spring cleaning (shots, etc..) today and it was over quickly and easily. So I called the vet to see what I should do. Apparently if I had any Benadryl, that would be perfect to give...
The doctor said I wouldn’t have so many nose bleeds if I just kept my finger outta there… Actually, he said that my achilles tendon would get better if I sayed off the treadmill and used the bike or eliptical (or epileptical as I like to call it) machine. What a weekend of updating machines. I’ve rebuilt the machine that this site’s served by twice. Now it’s running a P4 3.2EGHz 800MHz w/ 1MB cache processor with 1GB of RAM and a 36.7GB 10000rpm SATA drive running the OS. I haven’t done any speed tests, but it’s pretty quick. Having NFS is a godsend. Without it, there would be lots of data lost frequently.
